The route to the hotel would be to head south on Williams Road toward US-62 S from the airport. To get to the Rainbow Bridge in Niagara Falls, take US-62 N and Walnut Ave. Continue from the Rainbow Bridge through Blondin Ave, Hiram St, River Road, Murray St, and Fallsview Blvd, and you should find the hotel on the right. 

Buffalo International Airport
